What's Happening In Oxford Street Today
So, grab a coffee, pull up a chair, and let's dish the dirt on what's happening in Oxford Street today, yeah?
First things first, have you seen the new window display at Topshop? I mean, it's like they've gone and hired the entire Pantone universe to throw up on it. But in a good way, you know? It's a riot of color, and I'm already planning my next three outfits around it. Who's with me?
Now, if you're more into the whole 'foodie' scene - and let's face it, who isn't these days? - then you've got to check out the new pop-up at Selfridges. It's some sort of plant-based paradise, and I swear, their avocado toast could make a grown man cry. In a good way, obviously. I mean, who doesn't love a bit of avocado porn in the morning?

Speaking of tears, have you heard about the flash mob that happened outside John Lewis earlier? I missed it, but my mate Sarah caught the whole thing on her Insta Stories. It was some sort of proposal thing, and I'm not crying, you're crying. I mean, who does that? Romance is dead, people!
Now, if you're feeling a bit more cultural today - and let's be real, that's a big 'if' on a Saturday - then you should definitely hit up the Oxford Street Gallery. They've got this new exhibition on, all about the history of the street itself. It's actually pretty fascinating, in a 'who knew?' kind of way. I mean, did you know that Oxford Street was once a Roman road? Mind. Blown.

And if all that culture leaves you feeling a bit parched, then you've got to check out the new cocktail bar that's just opened up. It's called Sip & Swirl, and it's basically the adult version of a candy store. I mean, their cocktails are practically edible. I had one called 'Unicorn's Tears', and I'm not even mad about it.
So there you have it, folks. Oxford Street today, in all its colorful, chaotic glory. Now, who's ready for a refill?
