Old Stone Cottages For Sale Uk Under 100k

Hey there, house hunters! Ever dreamt of owning a slice of history without breaking the bank? Well, grab a cuppa and let's have a little nosey at some gorgeous old stone cottages in the UK that are up for grabs for under 100k. Yes, you read that right – we're talking proper, charming, and oh-so-instagrammable homes that won't leave you needing to remortgage your life.

Why Old Stone Cottages, You Ask?

Well, aside from looking like they've been plucked straight from a fairytale, old stone cottages are full of character. We're talking wonky walls, creaky floorboards, and history oozing from every nook and cranny. Plus, they're usually super cosy – who wouldn't want to curl up with a good book in front of a roaring fire in one of these beauties?

Let's Get Down to Business

Now, I know what you're thinking – "Where do I start? There must be thousands of these cottages!" And you're right, there are. But fear not, dear reader, I've done the legwork for you. Here are a few of my faves:

• Cumbria – This little gem is nestled in the Lake District and is practically begging for a new owner to give it some love. It's got two bedrooms, a garden, and views to die for. And the best part? It's on the market for under 80k!
• Cornwall – Fancy a slice of coastal life? This two-bedroom cottage in St. Ives is just a stone's throw from the beach. It might need a lick of paint, but it's got bundles of potential and is yours for under 90k.
• Wales – How about a cottage with its very own waterfall? This one in Gwynedd is a real showstopper and is on the market for just under 100k. Bargain!

See? I told you there were some real crackers out there. And the best part? These are just a teensy tiny sample of what's on offer. There are old stone cottages galore waiting for you to come and give them a new lease of life.

But What About the Work?

I hear you. Old cottages can come with their fair share of work. But think of it this way – you get to put your own stamp on the place, make it truly yours. And who knows, you might even uncover some hidden history while you're at it. Plus, there's nothing quite like the satisfaction of transforming a tired old cottage into a beautiful, cosy home.

So, What Are You Waiting For?

If you've been dreaming of owning a piece of history, now's your chance. So, grab your toolbox, roll up your sleeves, and get ready to make some memories in one of these gorgeous old stone cottages. And who knows, maybe one day you'll be the one showing off your cottage's transformation to the next lucky buyer.

Happy house hunting, folks! Remember, every old cottage has a story to tell – and now it's your turn to write the next chapter.
